Once the volunteer group decides to come to Brazil and has the dates confirmed with Volunteer Brazil, including the names of team members and the team leader, all prospective volunteers must complete the Personal Information Form, the Health and Emergency Form and sign the Agreement Form. This will be forwarded to the team leader via e-mail or fax. The team leader will be the contact person and will be responsible for sending these forms back to Volunteer Brazil.

There will be a US$250 deposit applied towards the total program fee. This deposit is non-refundable but may be used towards future participation. Once we have received the deposit, the volunteer group will receive an official invitation letter from the City of Parnaíba and from Volunteer Brazil.

The volunteer group will be able to receive a tax reduction receipt for each individual team member. The volunteer group will make a donation to the US hosting organization that will include all the costs involved in the Volunteer Brazil experience.
